MCISD Professional Learning/Session Evaluation

Session Presenters/Facilitators –

You may obtain pencil/paper copies of the updated professional learning/session evaluation from the secretary at the PD reception desk in C&I.  You MUST obtain forms from this stock.  Please do not make your own photocopies. All professional learning sessions/workshops/trainings should provide an evaluation opportunity for participants.  Please plan to allow time for this activity. These evaluations are a critical part of MCISD’s continuous improvement process, and are part of our AdvancED ESA Accreditation documentation.  Return your paper forms with your sign-in sheets and other Wisdomwhere/SCECHs paperwork to Jackie Seitz.  For ad hoc sessions, return the sheets to the receptionist at the PD Desk.  Reports will be generated and sent automatically to the presenter(s) named on the evaluation sheets.
