IDEA State Complaints: Recent Findings, State Complaint Resources, and Special Education Questions
The lists of state complaint findings are officially posted as public documents. Names of the complainant - students, and district employees are removed for confidentiality, but the school district is identified; state resources and special education questions are provided for assistance.
